How big is the ornament?
It is about 4 × 4 inches (10 × 10 cm), measured approximately. That is about the size of a palm, so it hangs easily on a tree branch without bending it. The red hanging string comes already attached, so it is ready to hang as soon as it arrives.
How long does shipping take, and how much is it?
We pack and ship orders in 1–3 business days, then US delivery takes 5–12 business days. Standard shipping is a flat $3.90 per order, and we ship to US addresses only. For Christmas delivery in the US, please place your order by November 30.
Can I return it?
